Why do I need a qualified referral from you?

The majority of real estate agents are not active in the industry, meaning they may sell one property or less a year.  That is right, less than one home each year. Real estate is a very complex transaction. For most people it is the single largest investment they make. Do you want to put your money in the hands of a person who only sells a few houses a year and does real estate in their spare time? They are not up to date on current marketing techniques, never use the Internet or are too busy for your needs.  Surprisingly the state requirements to sell real estate are very low. I set the bar much higher.

How does this work?
The first step is getting to know you. It is an important part of the process to have a good idea about what your personal and real estate needs are and the type of person you would be most comfortable working with.  One of my goals is to match up right the kind of personality with your comfort level.

What makes you qualified to do this?
Many, many years of experience in sales, real estate, and management.  Having started several businesses over the years, I found I had the ability to interview people and find the best person for the task at hand.  Some of my clients and friends started to ask me if I could find them a broker in different parts of the country. I developed a strategy using my experience with management and technology to find the best people for my clients, no matter where they needed to go in the country.  I am working on additional strategies for my services worldwide.

What does it cost me?
Nothing.  Brokers and real estate agents routinely offer referral fees to a broker who refers a new client to their business.  The referral fee is a small share of the commission the referred broker receives from the sale or purchase in a real estate transaction. From the referred broker's point of view, they are very happy to have a new client, a client they most likely would not have known about.  I have never had an agent or broker refuse to be interviewed or to come to an agreement with me on a referral fee.

How long does it take?
Generally about two to four weeks, depending on how long it takes to get information, how many transactions are involved with your request, and my current work load.  The more lead time you have, the better.  Why wait until the last minute to choose who you are going to work with?  Whenever you are working with many different people and setting up interviews with several schedules, time needs to be flexible. The more flexible you are with your time, the easier it is to schedule interviews and/or property reviews in the case of a sale of your property.  Prospective agents will need time to preview the property and write listing presentations for their interview with you.

What geographical areas do you cover?
At this time, anywhere in the United States.  If a person needs help outside of the US, please contact me so we can discuss the details.  I am developing this side of my service for very special clients.
